Our pricing

The prices shown on this website include the statutory registry fee plus our own service fee for locating the correct title, obtaining the document and delivering it to you by email. The same documents may be available directly from the relevant registry at a lower cost. You are free to use those services instead.

Accuracy of documents

Documents are supplied as issued by the relevant registry and are delivered to you unaltered. We do not amend, interpret or certify their contents. Registry records reflect what has been registered and may not show very recent transactions that are still being processed.

Not legal advice

Nothing on this website or in the documents we supply constitutes legal, financial or surveying advice. Title plans show general boundaries rather than the precise legal boundary line. For disputes, purchases or planning decisions you should take advice from a qualified solicitor, conveyancer or surveyor.

Flood risk reports

Flood risk reports are based on official environmental data and are provided for general guidance. They are not a substitute for a full survey and do not guarantee that a property will or will not flood.

Availability

Not every property is registered, and not every document exists for every title. Where we cannot supply a document you have paid for, you are refunded in full.
